Who are we looking for

The candidate should meet the following criteria and have:

- academic title / academic degree Ph.D. recognized in Poland;

- 1000 points. from publications ≥ 100 points Ministry of Education and Science (MEiN) or patents, including at least one publication ≥ 200 points. MEiN as the first author or the corresponding author.

The candidate is expected to provide:

- experience in the use of NMR and FTIR spectrometers and in the synthesis of organic compounds and their characteristics using HPLC, NMR and FTIR techniques;

- knowledge in the field of polymers with particular emphasis on hybrid organosilicon compounds and their complexes with anticancer drugs;

- fluent Polish, both in speech and writing;

- ability to write: scientific papers and research projects. Computer skills (knowledge of MS Office, Photo Draw Graphics Suite, Corel Draw, Statistica) and good command of English;

- experience in managing a research project is welcome;

The candidate is expected to present the opinion of the supervisor from the current workplace defining the predisposition to work in a scientific and didactic institution.
