The candidate should meet the following criteria:

- have a master’s degree recognized in Poland in the discipline of biological or related sciences;

- have documented scientific achievements which translate into at least five JCR publications ≥ 100 or 140 MEiN points as the first author or corresponding author;

- demonstrate the ability to apply for research funding in grant competitions;

- use typical office software (MS Office) and know how to use specialized software for imaging and documentation of biological material and statistical analysis;

- be fluent in Polish and spoken and written English;

- have experience in research methods used in molecular biology/genetics;

- Due to the educational nature of the position, the Candidate is expected to have academic-level knowledge in the areas of genetics, cell biology, and biochemistry.

Additionally, it will be appreciated if the applicant demonstrates:

- experience in mammalian in vitro cell cultures;

- organizational skills.

The candidate is expected to: be committed to scientific work and highly motivated to carry out research tasks as well as teach classes; demonstrate systematic approach, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
