DESCRIPTION (field, expectations, comments):
The candidate should meet the following criteria:
- PhD degree in the literary studies discipline;
- academic achievements (PhD dissertation, research and critical publications) in the field of Polish literature and didactics;
- preparation for teaching subjects included in the teaching specialty (including a master's degree in the field of didactics);
- experience in university didactics (full-time and online);
- experience in school didactics (at least 5 years);
- experience in organizing academic conferences, including editing of post-conference volumes;
- experience in running a students research circle;
- appointed teacher degree (or the internship started for this degree).
The candidate could have additional assets which are:
- completed or ongoing postgraduate studies or courses in the field of:
- pedagogical diagnosis and therapy,
- voice emission,
- coaching, tutoring and mentoring in education
- teaching children on the autism spectrum
- cooperation with foreign research and academic centres;
- membership in the societies and organizations concerned with literary studies and didactics.
Persons entering the competition must submit an application for employment addressed to HM Rector of the University of Łódź, prof. dr hab. Elżbieta Żądzińska, together with the following attachments:
- personal questionnaire,
- CV including a full list of scientific achievements (publications, conference papers, internships and scientific grants, etc.)
- certified copy of PhD diploma,
- statement that the University of Łódź will be the main place of work.
