DESCRIPTION (subject matter, expectations, comments):

The candidate should meet the following criteria:

1.hold a PhD degree in the discipline of legal science of a Polish university;

2.specialize and have academic achievements in the field of administrative law, in particular substantive administrative law;

3.have scientific and research experience in the field of administrative law confirmed by scored scientific publications, participation (including active participation) in conferences and scientific seminars and reviews of scientific studies;

4.have experience in teaching administrative law and administrative science at the university level, highly rated in anonymous student surveys (survey teaching evaluation confirmed by document);

5.have experience in organizing postgraduate studies, including the preparation of their curriculum and learning outcomes;

6.have experience in leading a student organization dealing with administrative law issues;

7.have documented research experience resulting from active participation in research project(s);

8.actively participate in the administrative law scientific community;

9.have the necessary knowledge of conducting scientific research;

10.have the ability to work in a team, including in conducting scientific research and organizing or co-organizing scientific conferences;

11.have documented work experience in the work of a public administration body/authorities in the application of administrative law (minimum 4 years);

12.have documented experience, knowledge and teaching ability in conducting training for public service employees;

13.be fluent in the Polish language;

14.be proficient in English to the extent necessary to conduct scientific research, develop scientific publications and teach in the field of administrative law;

15.meet the criteria for employment in the position of assistant professor in the group of research and teaching staff as required by Regulation No. 58 of the Rector of the University of Lodz of 20 December 2019 on defining detailed criteria for evaluating scientific and teaching achievements required for employment of academic teachers in the position of university professor and the position of assistant professor.
