The successful candidate should have experience in taxonomic analysis of marine Polychaeta, analysis of biodiversity, multivariate analysis and modelling of benthic invertebrate communities on a background of environmental factors, especially in the tropical regions.
Main tasks of the adjunct will focus on:
1.Modelling of benthic marine communities using linear mixed-effects models and generalised mixed-effects models,
2.Multivariate analysis of environmental data and data on diversity of invertebrate communities,
3.Biodiversity analysis and use of various diversity measures (including -taxonomic distinctness),
4.Analyis of functional diversity,
5.Taxonomic identification of marine benthic Polychaeta,
6.Preparation of publications, conference presentations and grant proposals,
