Requirements for candidates are as follows:

1. They have a master's degree in psychology;

2. Hold a doctoral degree in the field of social sciences;

4. They have research experience documented by publications in peer-reviewed national and international scientific journals

5. Having experience in participating in research projects or clinical work will be an additional advantage;

6. They know English at a communicative level and above; knowledge of a second foreign language will be an additional advantage;

7. Know advanced statistics and use statistical programs (SPSS, AMOS, R, etc.)

8. They undertake to take up employment at the University of Lodz as their primary place of work and on a full-time basis;

9. Due to the need to conduct teaching classes in Polish, they are fluent in spoken and written Polish.

5. Information about academic, didactic and organizational achievements with the list of publications;
6. Statement of the candidate that he/she will undertake the employment fulltime at the University of Lodz as their primary workplace;
7. Declaration that the candidate fulfill the requirements described in Paragraph 109 (1) of the Higher Education Act;
8. Knowledge of advanced statistics and statistical software (SPSS, JASP, R) will be an additional advantage
9. Declaration of consent to the processing of personal data contained in the job offer for the needs of the recruitment process (in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 - Journal of Laws No. 133, Item 883) as amended;
10. Documents confirming the fulfilling of requirements for candidates stated above.
