Requirements:

The Candidate should meet the following criteria:

-PhD degree in social sciences (recognized in Poland);

• -evidence of publication of research in the field of management – at least 3 publications (monographs or book chapters, articles) from the last 3 years;
• -previous experience of research in the field of management – participation as a manager or contractor in at least 1 research project in the last 3 years;
• -at least 5 years of teaching experience at the academic level (in Polish and English) in the field of management;

-due to teaching and preparing scientific papers, the Candidate should be fluent in English;

• -a foreign Candidate must be fluent in Polish, both in speech and writing.

An additional advantage will be:

• -experience in implementing international research projects;
• -having publications in a foreign congress language;
• -participation and presentations at scientific conferences;
• -reviewing publications in scientific journals;
• -practical professional experience in management.

The Candidate should submit:
