DESCRIPTION (field, expectations, comments): it is expected that scientific interests and achievements of a candidate in logic and methodology of science fit the areas of research carried in the Department of Logic of University of Lodz (theory of argumentation, philosophy of science).

In particular, the applicants should satisfy the following criteria:

1. PhD in Philosophy;

2. higher education in the area of emphirical science;

3. publications in the area of logic and argumentation theory, and methodology and philosophy of science;

4. experience in teaching logic and philosophy;

5. proficiency in English enabling writing and teaching in these languages;

6. experience in application for grants;

7. ability to perform scientific research and interests in teaching;

8. interpersonal communication skills.
