The Candidate should meet the following criteria:

- hold a PhD in law,

- specialize and have academic achievements (highly rated publications) in private law – preferably academic achievements in intellectual property law,

- knowledge of the Polish language and at least two foreign languages at a conference level,

- teaching experience in the field of civil law, including teaching in foreign languages,

- experience in organizing and participating in international conferences,

- professional experience in the practice of civil law, including legal services for foreign entrepreneurs,

- experience in developing modern methods of teaching students,

- experience in making science popular.

The basic tasks of the employee in this position include in particular:

- conducting classes (exercises, lectures, seminars), particularly in French and English,

- supervising bachelor's and master's theses,

- participating in the organizational tasks of the Department,

- conducting scientific research and publishing its results,

- preparing a habilitation thesis

- obtaining grants,

- participating in international cooperation, including continuing postgraduate studies at the School of French Law;

- organizing scientific conferences in the field of intellectual property law.
