We are inviting applications form candidates who meet the following criteria:

• at least a doctoral degree,
• working in the field of social sciences in the discipline of economics and finance or socio-economic geography and spatial management,
• being ready to take up employment at the University of Lodz as the basic place of work,
• experience in the preparation of scientific texts in the area of urban planning (documented by at least 5 publications worth at least 100 points according to the classification of the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education in the last 3 years),
• conducting research on access to urban green spaces and urban green space commercialization in the Global South,
• experience in conducting systematic literature reviews,
• proficient use of spatial analysis methods,
• proficient programming in R and Python,
• fluent knowledge of English,
• experience in the teaching process.

The candidate's advantage will be:

• experience in organizing international scientific events,
• experience in participation in the implementation of the international research program or experience gained as a manager, coordinator, or participant in a scientific project.
