Requirements:

The Candidate should meet the following criteria:

-PhD degree in social sciences (recognized in Poland);

-research interests in the field of logistics/supply chain management confirmed by scientific achievements in this field - at least 3 publications (in the form of highly rated articles with at least 140 points indexed in Scopus/Web of Science databases) from the last 3 years;

-experience in the implementation of optimization projects in the field of improving logistics processes in the last 3 years;

-at least 5 years of teaching experience at the academic level (in Polish and English) in the field of human resource management;

-due to teaching and preparing scientific papers, the Candidate should be fluent in English;

-a foreign Candidate must be fluent in Polish, both in speech and writing;

-The additional strenghts of the Candidate are: PhD degree in management, teaching classes in English at foreign universities
