Candidates for the position of university professor at the University of Lodz should have:

1. a master's degree in psychology and a habilitated doctor's degree in social sciences or health sciences in the discipline of psychology;
2. scientific interests in the field of personality psychology and individual differences
3. publications in renowned and important scientific journals in Poland and abroad.
4. experience in preparing, submitting and implementing projects, managing research projects and working in interdisciplinary research teams;
5. experience in conducting university-level teaching classes in the field of psychology and experience as a supervisor of master's and doctoral theses.

The competition entry must be accompanied by:

1. Employment application addressed to J.M. Rector of the University of Lodz;
2. Personal questionnaire;
3. Curriculum Vitae;
4. Copy of the diploma of awarding the degree of habilitated doctor;
5. Information on scientific, teaching and organizational achievements along with a list of scientific publications;
6. Commitment to take up employment at the University of Lodz as the primary place of work and full-time;
7. Information on the processing of personal data for a job candidate (Personal data processing is carried out pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) and a) and Art. 9 section 2 letter a) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation data; OJ L. 2016.119.1).
