Description:

The applicant for the aforementioned position shall meet the requirements of Art. 113 and Art. 116 of the Law on Higher Education and Science dated 20 July 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 574 with amendments) and the Statute of the University of Lodz.

We are inviting applications form candidates who meet the following criteria:

• having a habilitation degree (dr habil.) in the field of Economics and Finance
• fluency in Polish – enabling running classes,
• good knowledge of English (oral and written);
• scientific and research interests in the following areas: rural studies, urban studies, local policy
• good knowledge and skills in quantitative and qualitative methods
• having at 3 published article in an international journal indexed in the Web of Science database between 2020 and 2023

The applicant should submit his or her application for employment addressed to His Magnificence Rector of the University of Lodz, attaching the following documents:

-         a personal questionnaire and statements available on University of  Lodz website https://www.uni.lodz.pl/kariera

-         CV,

-         a copy of PhD’ habil diploma,

-         list of publications, active participation in conferences and projects,

-         an evidence of language skills (e.g. certificate), previous courses/trainings.
