• comprehensive service of student affairs connected with the course of studies
• service of matters connected with recruitment for studies, preparing documentation connected with undertaking studies
• documenting the course of studies

REQUIREMENTS:

• higher education
• fluent command of MS Office
• the ability to prepare official and legal documents
• the ability to understand and properly use rules of law regarding broadly understood science, including the easiness to absorb and interpret them
• the ability to use the USOS university information system (national level) is welcome
• great interpersonal skills and the ability to build relations with people, especially in the academic environment
• high level of autonomy and responsibility in action
• readiness to work on selected Saturdays
• the ability to teamwork
• organisational skills as well as the ability to work under the pressure of time
• high level of personal culture, openness, consistency in action
• accuracy in performing the entrusted duties
