DESCRIPTION (subject matter, expectations, comments):
The candidate should meet the following criteria:

• have a master's degree in law or an equivalent degree recognized in Poland;
• specialize in Roman law;
• demonstrate research experience confirmed by publications in highly scored research journals (70-100 points);
• have confirmed active participation in national and foreign conferences;
• have a general knowledge of methodology of conducting research;
• have the ability to work in a team environment, including organizing research conferences (national and international) and other scientific events;
• have teaching experience in Roman law at university level;
• be fluent in spoken and written Polish;
• know the following languages: Latin, French, Italian to the level necessary to conduct research in the field of Roman law (language knowledge certified by a document).
