The candidate for the above position should meet the requirements of Article 113 and Article 116 of the Law on Higher Education and Science of July 20, 2018. (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 574 as amended) and the Statute of the University of Lodz.

DESCRIPTION (field, expectations, comments):

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

- have a doctoral degree in the discipline of earth and environmental science, obtained no later than two years before the closing date of the competition, recognized in Poland;

- scientific interests in the field of geomorphology and paleogeography;

- knowledge of the palynological method;

- have scientific achievements including publications in journals that scored of at least 100 points according to the Communication of the Ministry of Education and Science of 1.12.2021 on the list of scientific journals and reviewed materials from international conferences;

- have research experience resulting from active participation in research projects;

- knowledge of the English language to the extent necessary to conduct scientific research;

- experience in teaching;

- organizational skills;

- have the ability to work in a team.
