Who are we looking for

We are looking for an employee with experience in conducting in vitro research in sterile conditions (cell cultures), who’s creative, motivated to take up challenges in the search for new cancer treatment strategies and open to expanding knowledge and experience also through internships, showing excellent organizational skills and manual tools necessary in laboratory and didactic work.

The Candidate should meet the following criteria and has:

- academic degree: PhD degree recognized in Poland in the field of biological or related sciences,

- experience in cell culture under sterile conditions,

- ability to prepare chemical reagents, plan and conduct dose-effect experiments,

- knowledge of laboratory techniques: spectrophotometry, spectrofluorimetry, electrophoresis,

- basic knowledge in the field of light and fluorescence microscopy,

- knowledge and familiarity with the use of computer programs allowing for statistical processing of the obtained results,

- fluent knowledge of Polish language in speech and writing,

- fluent knowledge of English in speech and writing to the extent that allows independent study of specialized scientific papers and communication,

- scientific achievements documented by papers published in leading scientific journals from the JCR list (minimum five publications in the range of 100-200 points of the Ministry of Education and Science, including at least one in which the candidate is the first author or corresponding author),

- reliable approach to entrusted tasks,

- communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
