Requirements for candidates are as follows:

1. 1. They have a master's degree in psychology;

2. Have a doctoral degree in social sciences or health sciences;

3. Have experience in conducting research in the correlational and/or experimental paradigm, documented by publications in peer-reviewed national and international scientific journals (participation in research or educational projects acquired through national or international competitions will be an additional advantage);

4. Demonstrate interests in the field of clinical psychology and/or the psychology of individual differences;

5. Have good knowledge of statistics and use programs for statistical data analysis (e.g. SPSS, Statistica, R etc.);

6. They speak English to an extent enabling them to carry out scientific activities in international research teams (Documented language competences at the C1/C2 level will be an additional advantage;

7. They have teaching and organizational experience - e.g. conducting classes, workshops, participating in the organization of scientific or science popularizing events, supervising students. (clinical practice will be an additional advantage);

8. They undertake to take up employment at the University of Lodz as their primary place of work and on a full-time basis;

9. Due to the need to conduct teaching classes in Polish, they are fluent in spoken and written Polish.

2. Personal questionnaire;
3. Curriculum vitae;
4. Copy of doctoral’s degree diploma;
5. Informations about academic, didactic and organizational achievements with the list of publications;
6. Statement of the candidate that he/she will undertake the employment fulltime at the University of Lodz as their primary workplace;
7. Declaration that the candidate fulfill the requirements described in Paragraph 109 (1) of the Higher Education Act;
8. Declaration of consent to the processing of personal data contained in the job offer for the needs of the recruitment process (in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 - Journal of Laws No. 133, Item 883) as amended;
9. Documents confirming the fulfilling of requirements for candidates stated above.

Adjudication date of the contest: 07.12.2023 r.

Costs related to travel to the meeting with the Competition Commission will be covered by the candidate. The successfully applicant is not guaranteed employment.
