We plan to hire assistant professor in the group of research and teaching staff Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science in Department of Geometry full-time employment.

A person applying for the position of assistant professor should:

• hold a PhD in mathematical sciences in the discipline of mathematics or computer science;

• during the last 5 years before the year of submitting the employment application and in the year of its submission obtain scientific achievements in the discipline of mathematics or computer science, i.e. meet one of the following conditions:

- participation in the implementation of an international research program,

- receiving a prestigious research scholarship,

- being an author or co-author of a publication for at least 20 points from the period until 2018 or minimum 40 points from 2019,

- being a manager, coordinator or participant of a research project;

·          have research interests related to differential geometry, foliation theory, theory of dynamical systems;

·        have skills that allow him/her to conduct classes related to the use of computer graphics or statistical data analysis ;

·          have sufficient knowledge of Polish or English to be able to teach in these languages;

·          have teaching experience.

-          copy of PhD diploma,

-          record of achievements in the field of academic research,

-          information on the level of knowledge of foreign languages,

-          statement that the University of Lodz will be the main place of employment,

-          the statements required by the procedure of the Standards for the Protection of Minors at the University of Lodz,
