The candidate for the above-mentioned position should meet the requirements of Articles 113, 116 of the Act of 20 July 2018. Law on higher education and science (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 574).

Requirements:

The Candidate should meet the following criteria:

 PhD degree in management sciences (the diploma must be recognized in Poland);

 Documented research output in the field of human resource management – at least three publications (monographs, book chapters, or articles) from the past three years;

 Proven research experience in the field of management – participation as a project leader or team member in at least one research project within the past three years;

 A minimum of five years of teaching experience at the academic level (in both Polish and English) in the field of management;

 Due to teaching and academic writing requirements, the candidate must be fluent in English;

 Foreign candidates must be fluent in both spoken and written Polish.

Additional assets include:

 Experience in conducting international research projects;

 Authorship or co-authorship of academic articles published in journals listed in the official register of scientific journals or in reviewed international conference proceedings, as well as chapters in monographs or monographs published by academic publishers classified as Level I (within the last three years);

 Authorship or co-authorship of monographs, book chapters, or editorship of monographs published by academic publishers classified as Level II (within the last three years);

 Experience in editorial work on academic publications;

 Experience in promoting science and organizing science-related public events.
