The candidate for the above-mentioned position should meet the requirements of Articles 113, 116 of the Act of 20 July 2018. Law on higher education and science (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 574).
Requirements:
The Candidate should meet the following criteria:
-PhD degree in social sciences (recognized in Poland);
-evidence of publication of research in the field of human resource management - at least 3 publications (monographs or book chapters, articles) from the last 3 years;
-previous experience of research in the field of human resources management - participation as a manager or contractor in at least 1 research project in the last 3 years;
-at least 5 years of teaching experience at the academic level (in Polish and English) in the field of human resource management;
-due to teaching and preparing scientific papers, the Candidate should be fluent in English;
-a foreign Candidate must be fluent in Polish, both in speech and writing;
-ability to a teamworking, organisational commitment, responsibility;
-knowledge of HR payroll software.
The additional strenghts of the Candidate are: PhD degree in management, experience in using HR payroll software in practise.
