Requirements:

The candidate for the post of a lecturer at the Institute of Romance Studies of the University of Lodz should:

- be a native Spanish speaker;

- hold a Master’s degree in Philology or Spanish as Foreign Language;

- have an experience in teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language;

- have a good knowledge of modern teaching methods with the use of new technologies.

Duties of the Candidate:

1. in terms of teaching – conducting classes on practical learning of the Spanish language, coordinating the Spanish course within the Institute, providing guidance to selected groups of students,
2. in terms of administrative work – active involvement in organisational activities for the department, institute and faculty.
3. The candidate must meet the condition of no criminal record for the crimes specified in Chapter XIX and XXV of the Penal Code, in Article 189a and Article 207 of the Penal Code and in the Act of 29 July 2005 on Counteracting Drug Addiction (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1939) and for the prohibited acts specified in foreign law corresponding to these crimes.

Additional advantages include :

– an experience in teaching Spanish at an academic level ;

– knowledge of other languages, especially French, Italian and/or Polish .

· CV with full list of scientific achievements (publications, participation in scientific conferences, internships etc.) ,

· copy of the master's diploma,

· The candidate must meet the condition of no criminal record for the crimes specified in Chapter
