DESCRIPTION (subject,

expectations, comments):  

The candidate should have:

·         A

master's degree in German philology.

·         Documented

experience in teaching at a higher education institution in the field of German

language instruction.

Requirements:

·         The

candidate should have a scientific record in the form of publications and

scientific activities, such as presenting at conferences, organizing

conferences and other academic events, and promoting science.

Duties of the candidate:

1.       In research – conducting scientific

research in areas agreed upon with the head of the department.

2.       In teaching – conducting teaching sessions

in the field of Practical German Language Learning and specialized German

language.

3.       In organizational work – coordinating

classes for groups studying German in Business Linguistics and Specialist

Communication Linguistics; organizing and coordinating exams in the

aforementioned areas.

Additional advantages:

·         Initiation

of work on a doctoral dissertation.

Persons entering the competition must submi

application for employment addressed to the HM Rector of the University of

Lodz, together with the following attachments:  

·        personal questionnaire,  

·        CV with full list of

scientific achievements (publications, participation in scientific conferences,

internships etc.) ,  

·        copy of the doctoral

diploma or   decision of the

commission to accept the public defense of the doctorate,

·        statement that the

University of Lodz will be the main place of employment.
