The candidate he/she should meet the following criteria:

• The candidate should have a Master’s Degree in geography, spatial management, spatial planning, tourism and recreation, sustainable tourism.

• Scientific interests consistent with the research profile of the Department of Urban Geography, Tourism Studies and Geoinformation,

• Very good knowledge of research issues in the field of sustainable tourism and tourism for people with disabilities.

• Language skills in spoken and written Polish and English (having scientific conversations and preparing papers).

• Documented experience in working with youth, including organizing youth active tourism.

• Computer skills including office suits of applications (in particular, spreadsheet programs and databases), vector graphics editors, web browsers and GIS.

•  Meet the condition of having no criminal record for crimes specified in Chapters XIX and XXV of the Penal Code, in Art. 189a and art. 207 of the Penal Code and the Act of July 29, 2005 on counteracting drug addiction (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1939) and for prohibited acts corresponding to these crimes specified in the provisions of foreign law.

Optional:

• Qualifications or completed training as a tourist guide.

• Experience working with people with disabilities.

Job responsibilities

• conducting scientific research, publishing results in reputable national and international journals
• in terms of organizational work - active involvement in organizational activities for the Institute and Faculty
• conducting didactic classes at an academic level
