The candidate for the above-mentioned position should meet the requirements of Articles 113, 116 of the Act of 20 July 2018. Law on higher education and science (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571).

Requirements:

The Candidate should meet the following substantive criteria:

• Master’s degree in the discipline of Management Sciences / Management and Quality Sciences (the diploma must be recognized in Poland);
• research interests in the areas of corporate financial management, risk management, planning and forecasting, asset valuation, and financial mathematics;
• analytical competencies involving the use of IT tools for conducting complex statistical analyses, financial modeling, handling large databases, and automating analytical processes;
• fluent command of English, both spoken and written, necessary for teaching classes and preparing academic papers;
• very good command of Polish, both spoken and written (in the case of foreign candidates).

Additional advantages will include:

• practical experience in the application of risk management tools, data analysis, and planning and forecasting methods;
• licenses and certificates related to the financial market;
• documented publication activity.

The Candidate should submit the attachments listed below:

• the copy of Master’s Degree Diploma;

• Conducting teaching activities as part of employment, in an annual scope defined by the Senate;
• Performing additional duties related to teaching activities, including: 

- Preparing documentation required of academic teachers, including study process documentation,

- Administering exams and assessments,

- Developing teaching materials for conducted classes,

- Holding consultations with students,

- Improving one's professional qualifications in the scope of conducted teaching activities.

• Acquiring funding for scientific research through participation in grant competitions; 
• Enhancing one’s professional qualifications;
