Requirements for candidates applying for employment:

1. a Master’s degree in law and at least a Ph.D. degree,
2. representation of the field of social sciences within the discipline of legal sciences,
3. specialization in Polish, EU, and international tax law,
4. demonstrated scientific achievements confirmed by publications in highly ranked academic journals,
5. confirmed active participation in national and international conferences,
6. knowledge of conducting scientific research,
7. experience in the implementation of international research or teaching projects,
8. experience in teaching,
9. ability to work in a team, including in the organization of academic conferences and other events,
10. fluent command of Polish and English, both spoken and written.

Scope of duties:

1. conducting scientific research within the discipline of legal sciences, sub-discipline: tax law,
2. teaching in Polish and English,
3. performing organizational duties resulting from the needs of the Department.

3. meet the requirement of having no criminal record for offences specified in Chapters XIX and XXV of the Polish Criminal Code, in Article 189a and Article 207 of the Polish Criminal Code, and under the Act of 29 July 2005 on Counteracting Drug Addiction (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1939), as well as for corresponding prohibited acts defined in the provisions of foreign law.
