Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities

# The PhD student will be responsible for the solid platforms 3D printing that will be used as the electrifed liquid-liquid interface supports. He/she will be using this system as the platform for illicit drugs and cutting agents sensing.

# The PhD student will be responsible for conductive interface modification and characterization.

# He/she will develop new electrochemical platforms and fabrication techniques.

# Writing manuscripts.

# MSc students' supervision.

# Results dissemination during national and international conferences.

# Additionally, we offer: work in a growing and young team; you will gain the knowledge pertaining to soft matter formulation and 3D printing; you will gain the knowledge pertaining to electrochemical techniques and electrified liquid-liquid interface; soft-skills development paths, budget for international conferences; scholarship.

Profil kandydata

Who are we looking for?


Scholarship offer for PhD student, Project “eQualitySens - Electrochemical Sensing platforms spatial fabrication brings eQuality to Quality control. Case study - illicit drugs.” financed by the National Science Centre of Poland – OPUS 28 call.


Wymagania / Requirements

- Very good writing skills (being a coauthor of scientific publications will be considered as an asset);

- High English fluency that will be verified during the interview;

- Proven experience with the voltammetric techniques, general knowledge about the electroanalytical tools;

- Proven experience with the surface characterization and spectroscopic techniques (at leas two out of the indicated methods: SEM, AFM, FTIR, ATR-FTIR, optical profilometry);

- Proven experience related to material chemistry will be considered as an asset;

- PhD student should know how to use Office package and OriginPro software;

- PhD student should have experience with 3D printing and be fluent in the CAD software utilization.

- High degree of self-organization, self-motivation, ability to work in a team, and high creativity.

- The candidate should have experience gained in different scientific units.
